Product Features
Its main component is bisphenol S sulfonic acid-formaldehyde polycondensate, with performance comparable to imported sulfonate-based products. It is a special color fixing agent for fibers dyed with anionic dyes (acid dyes and metal complex dyes), including wool, nylon, silk and leather goods. It greatly improves washing fastness, perspiration fastness and other fastness properties of dyed materials after treatment.
No dye stripping occurs; it hardly causes uneven shading or fixing spots. No acid adjustment required, featuring excellent color fixing fastness and minimal color change.
It possesses excellent acid resistance and facilitates convenient chemical dosing operation.
Application Method
Suitable for color fixing treatment after dyeing with acid dyes or metal complex dyes.
This high-concentration product can be diluted at 1:4 for use.
Acid Color Fixing Dosage
Light shade: 1-2% o.w.f
Medium shade: 2-3% o.w.f
Dark shade: 3-4% o.w.f
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15
Temperature & Time: 80℃ × 20min
Packaging and Storage
Packaging: 125kg per drum
Storage: Store indoors at 5-30℃. Keep away from direct sunlight, place in a dry and shaded area and prevent freezing.
