Product Introduction

ZZ-6150R, synthesized from German-imported raw materials, offers ideal degreasing effects for polyester low bath ratio dyeing, including strong dispersion, chelation, prevention of dye agglomeration, and low foam anti-redeposition. The resulting dyed fabric is exceptionally clean, free of color speckles, and exhibits vibrant colors, significantly enhancing the yield of high-quality dyed products.

Appearance: Light yellow transparent liquid

Ionicity: Anionic/non-ionic

pH value: 6-6.5 (in a 1% aqueous solution)

Solubility: Miscible in both cold and hot water

Usage Method

Reference process for knitted polyester dyeing degreasing:

ZZ-6150R Polyester Dyeing Same-bath Degreaser: 0.6g-0.8g/l

ZZ-1290Q Clear Tank Leveling Agent: 0.35g-0.45g/l

Lignin: 0.3g-0.4g/l

Glacial acetic acid: 0.3g-0.4g/l, adjusting the pH to 4.5-5.5

Dye: x grams (specific quantity to be determined)

Bath ratio: 1:8–10

Recommended operational procedure:

Start at 55°C-65°C with fabric and additives → heat to 65°C over 8 minutes and add dye → maintain for 15-18 minutes → heat from 65°C to 95°C at a rate of 1.3°C/min and keep warm for 10 minutes → heat from 90°C to 110°C at a rate of 1.1°C/min and keep warm for 10 minutes → heat from 110°C to 130°C at a rate of 1.5°C/min and keep warm for 30 minutes → cool down to 80°C → perform reduction cleaning.

Storage and Packaging

Packaging: 125kg plastic drum.

Storage: Keep in a cool, ventilated, and dry indoor area, away from direct sunlight and freezing temperatures.

Shelf life: 6 months.
