ZZ-S305 Eco-Friendly Formaldehyde-Free Acid Color Fixing Agent
Product Introduction
This product is a color fixing agent specially designed for fibers dyed with anionic dyes (acid dyes and metal complex dyes), such as wool, nylon, silk and leather goods. It can greatly improve the washing fastness, perspiration fastness and other fastness properties of dyed materials after treatment.

Product Features
It has excellent lifting power and can significantly enhance the washing fastness, perspiration fastness and other fastness performance of fixed fabrics.
Outstanding acid resistance; no need for pH adjustment during application, which simplifies chemical dosing operation.
It has little impact on fabric hand feel and hydrophilicity, and will not change the original style of fabrics.
It improves the high-temperature migration fastness of dyes and is suitable for high-temperature setting processes.
Application Method
This high-concentration product can be diluted at a ratio of 1:2 to 1:3 for use.
Applied for color fixing treatment after dyeing with acid dyes or metal complex dyes.
Light color shade: 1-2% (o.w.f)
Medium color shade: 2-3% (o.w.f)
Dark color shade: 3-4% (o.w.f)
Liquor ratio: 1:10-15
Temperature & Time: 80℃ × 20min
The specific dosage should be adjusted appropriately according to user sample tests.
Packaging and Storage
Packaging: 125kg per drum.
Storage: Store indoors at 5-30℃. Keep away from direct sunlight, place in a dry and shady place, and prevent freezing.
Shelf Life: 6 months
