Product Features
1. Excellent wetting performance; can replace similar imported products and resolve surface defects occurring in the release paper coating process.
2. Outstanding leveling, wetting, spreading, and penetrating properties; enhances the three-dimensional effect of textures and resolves most dry-process production defects such as water spots, streaks, and drag lines.
3. Applied in resin production to improve the leveling and color development of resins; applied in coating production to enhance film leveling and prevent floating color.
Instructions for Use
Dosage: Add directly to dry- or wet-process PU slurry, or PVC surface paste. The recommended dosage is 0.2–0.5%. For coating applications, the recommended dosage is 0.2–0.3%.
Method: A small-scale trial test should be conducted prior to use to confirm suitability, application method, and optimal dosage.
Storage and Packaging
Packaging: 25 kg/drum, 200 kg/drum.
Storage: Store indoors at 5–30°C in a dry, dark place. Avoid direct sunlight and prevent freezing.
Shelf Life: 6 months
