ZZ-X15 Nylon Acid Dyeing Leveling & Shade Repair Agent
Product Introduction
ZZ-X15 is a leveling and repairing agent for polyamide fibers dyed with acid dyes and metal-complex dyes. Featuring low foam property, it is easy to operate. It provides moderate retarding effect and excellent leveling performance to achieve uniform dyeing of nylon fibers. Meanwhile, it is suitable for shade repairing and cross stripe improvement treatment.
Physical and Chemical Properties
Appearance: Light yellow viscous liquid
pH Value (1% Aqueous Solution): 6.0～8.0
Active Content: Approximately 30%
Ionicity: Anionic
Solubility: Soluble in water
Compatibility: Compatible with other non-ionic products.
When mixed with anionic or cationic products, it may cause turbidity or precipitation under low liquor ratio, hard water or high-speed circulating dye liquor conditions.

Application Method
Recommended Dosage:
Normal dyeing: 1.0～2.0 g/L
Cross stripe treatment: 3.0～5.0 g/L
The specific process should be adjusted appropriately based on factory sample tests.
Packaging and Storage
Packaging: 125kg per drum
Storage: Store indoors at 5-30℃. Keep away from direct sunlight, place in dry and shaded area and prevent freezing.
Shelf Life: 6 months
