Initial Water Repellency

ZZ-528: 20 - 50 g/L

Durable Water Repellency

ZZ-528: 40 - 80 g/L

Crosslinking Agent: 5 - 10 g/L

Processing Conditions

Chemical Fibers

Padding with liquor pick-up 30-70% → Curing at 150℃-180℃ for 60 seconds

Cotton and Blended Fabrics

Padding with liquor pick-up 40-70% → Drying at 110-130℃ for 1 minute → Curing at 150℃ for 3 minutes or 170-180℃ for 60 seconds

Used as Filler for Fluorinated Water Repellent

Dosage proportion: 30-50%

Processing Tips

Water and oil repellent effects may be affected by residual impurities on fabrics, such as fiber lubricants, sizing agents, surfactants and dyeing auxiliaries. Softening finishing and reactive fixing treatment will also impair the performance. It is recommended to fully clean the fabric before finishing without any prior auxiliary treatment, especially softening and color fixing processes.

Packaging and Storage

Packaging: 60kg/drum, 125kg/drum

Storage: Store indoors at 5-30℃. Keep away from direct sunlight, place in a dry and shaded area, and avoid freezing.
