Product Introduction

This product is suitable for high-speed overflow dyeing machines. It is a low-foam dispersing leveling agent and shade repairing agent for high-temperature dyeing of polyester and polyester blended fabrics.

Product Characteristics

Application Method

This product contains 80% active content and can be diluted with 50% or 30% water before use.

Used as dispersing leveling agent in dyeing

Suitable for all types of high-temperature dyeing machines. Add the high-temperature leveling agent when the dye liquor heats up to 60℃ according to the liquor ratio.

Recommended Dosage:

High-temperature leveling agent: 0.2-0.4 g/L

Glacial Acetic Acid: 0.5 g/L

Used for color stripping and shade repairing

This leveling agent can be used as a repairing and stripping agent.

Recommended Dosage:

Leveling agent: 1-3 g/L

Treat at 130-135℃ for 30-60 minutes.

For re-dyeing after repairing, drain the waste liquor and prepare a new dye bath to avoid poor color uptake caused by excessive dosage of the leveling agent.

The specific process shall be adjusted appropriately based on factory sample trials.

Packaging and Storage

Packaging: 125kg per drum.

Storage: Store in a well-ventilated and dry indoor place, avoid direct sunlight. Transport and store at 5-35℃.

Shelf Life: 6 months.
