Product Introduction

ZZ-1290Q Cylinder-Free Rapid Leveling Agent is a high-efficiency two-in-one auxiliary for polyester dyeing, integrating cylinder cleaning and leveling functions. It is suitable for high-temperature and high-pressure dyeing of polyester fabrics.


Physical and Chemical Properties

Appearance: Brownish yellow translucent free-flowing liquid

Composition: Special structured surfactant blend

Ionicity: Anionic / Non-ionic

pH Value: 6-6.5 (1% aqueous solution)

Solubility: Soluble in warm water

Compatibility: Cannot be used in the same bath with cationic chemicals

Product Features

Endows disperse dyes with excellent leveling performance during high-temperature dyeing; no barreling or dark spots, leaving the fabric bright and clean in shade.

Enhances the dispersion stability of disperse dyes at high temperature to prevent aggregation and restrain oligomer redeposition.

Excellent stability at 130℃ without emulsion breaking; chelates calcium, magnesium, iron, copper and other heavy metal ions to stabilize the dye bath.

Possesses superior leveling and migration properties with good covering power for fabric streaks under high temperature.

Realizes cylinder cleaning while achieving leveling effect and prevents color spot formation.

Delivers rapid leveling and cylinder cleaning effects in the dyeing process of polyester knitted fabrics.

Removes oligomers and dye dirt adhered to the cylinder wall.

Strong chelating and dispersing capacity for calcium and magnesium ions, accompanied by excellent permeability.

Application Method

Recommended process for degreasing and dyeing of polyester knitted fabrics:

ZZ-6150R Polyester Dyeing Degreaser: 0.6-0.8 g/L

ZZ-1290Q Cylinder Cleaning & Leveling Agent: 0.4-0.5 g/L

Lignin: 0.3-0.4 g/L

Glacial Acetic Acid: 0.3-0.4 g/L, pH 4.5-5.5

Dye: X g

Liquor Ratio: 1:8–10

Packaging and Storage

Packaging: 125kg per drum

Storage: Store in a cool, ventilated and dry indoor area. Avoid direct sunlight and freezing conditions.

Shelf Life: 6 months
