ZZ-6106H High Concentrated Heavy Duty Textile Degreaser

Product Introduction

ZZ-6106H is our company’s latest developed heavy oil degreaser, effective at temperatures ranging from 70°C to 100°C. It can be used in the same bath as nylon dyeing, resulting in a white and fresh fabric surface. It also maintains good degreasing effectiveness at lower temperatures of 70°C to 80°C.

Product Features

Excellent dispersion, emulsification, wetting, and permeability, with strong cleaning capabilities.

Highly effective in removing heavy oil stains in acidic, neutral, and alkaline baths, and also provides desizing effects. It is an ideal auxiliary for the same-bath processing of nylon and blended fabric dyeing.

Suitable for the pretreatment of oil stains on silk and wool fabrics that are sensitive to alkalis. It demonstrates clear effectiveness without damaging the fibers.

This product is highly concentrated and can be diluted 1:4, 1:3, or 1:2, or used directly in its high concentration. The dosage can be adjusted based on the fabric’s oil content.

Usage Method

Fabric degreasing process:

(1) General treatment for heavily oiled silk or wool fabrics that are not resistant to strong alkalis:

ZZ-6106H high-concentration degreaser: 1-3g/l

Sodium carbonate (pure): 0-3 g/l

Bath ratio: 1:10 - 30 pH 8-9, temperature 95-98°C, time 20 - 40 minutes.

(2) Cotton knitted fabric degreasing process

ZZ-6106H high-concentration degreaser: 1-3g/l

Sodium hydroxide flakes: 1-3g/l

Bath ratio: 1:10 - 20

Temperature 95-98°C, time 20 - 40 minutes.

(3) Nylon heavy oil degreasing

(Nylon dyeing formula specifics are omitted)

ZZ-6106H high-concentration degreaser: 2.5%-3.5% (owf)

Glacial acetic acid: 1% (owf), optional

Bath ratio: 1:20—25Temperature 95-100°C, time 40-60 minutes, followed by rinsing 1-2 times, dehydration, and drying.
Users should adjust the specific process based on sample testing. Generally, only 1%-2% of the oil removal amount is required.
