ZZ-UV1 Polyester Fabric High Performance UV Protective Absorber
Product Introduction
This is a professional UV absorber specially formulated for polyester fabrics, which reduces the penetration of ultraviolet rays into polyester textiles. It delivers outstanding anti-UV finishing performance and excellent wash fastness on polyester materials. It can be applied in the same bath with dyeing without additional processing procedures, realizing energy saving and emission reduction, and has negligible influence on fabric shade.

Uniform dispersion and excellent stability.
Good compatibility and stability with other textile auxiliaries.
Excellent sublimation resistance.
Can be conveniently used together with dyes in one-bath high-temperature high-pressure dyeing or post-finishing setting processes.
Causes no shade change even when applied to light-colored fabrics.
Application Method
1. Continuous Process
Dosage: 20-50g/L, subject to fabric type and technical requirements.
Mix ZZ-UV1 water-based UV absorber with softener or other functional finishing agents for one-bath padding and setting.
2. One-bath Dyeing Process
Disperse Dye: X%
ZZ-UV1: 1－3%
Leveling Agent: 0.5～1.5%
Acetic Acid: Adjust pH to 4.5－5
Liquor Ratio: 1:10 - 1:20
Heat up to 130℃ and hold at this temperature for 30－60 minutes for dyeing.
Adjust the heating rate and dyeing time appropriately according to different dye varieties.
Packaging and Storage
Packaging: 25kg per drum
Storage: Store indoors at 5-30℃. Keep away from direct sunlight, place in a dry and shaded environment, and prevent freezing.
Shelf Life: 6 months
