Product Introduction

ZZ-S757 is a high-grade heavy-duty degreaser independently developed by our company. It delivers an excellent degreasing rate at a temperature range of 75℃ to 100℃. It can be used for one-bath degreasing and dyeing of nylon-spandex blends, leaving the fabric surface bright, clean and fresh. It also maintains outstanding low-temperature degreasing performance at 70℃ to 80℃.

Its most prominent advantage is the excellent removal of methyl silicone oil on spandex fibers. It is perfectly suitable for scouring and degreasing of knitted fabrics such as cotton, polyester-cotton, nylon-spandex and polyester-spandex with remarkable results. As a premium high-performance scouring and degreasing agent, it has won wide recognition and high praise from printing and dyeing factories.

pH Value (1% Aqueous Solution): 6-7

Stability: Miscible with auxiliaries of all ionic types; dilutable with water in any proportion

Product Features

Excellent dispersing, emulsifying, wetting and penetrating properties with powerful detergency.

Highly effective for heavy oil stain removal in acidic, neutral and alkaline bath conditions, and features desizing performance simultaneously. It is an ideal auxiliary for one-bath scouring and dyeing process of nylon, polyester and their blended fabrics.

Applicable to the pre-treatment process for oil stain removal on alkali-sensitive silk and wool fabrics. It shows remarkable effect without causing any damage to fibers.

High-concentration formula, support dilution ratio of 1:4, 1:3 or 1:2; it can also be used undiluted directly. The dosage can be adjusted appropriately according to the oil contamination degree of the fabric.

Compatible for one-bath use with nylon dyeing process. It has a special effect on removing methyl silicone oil on polyester-spandex, nylon-spandex and raw spandex high-waisted fabrics, and also contributes to uniform dyeing of nylon fabrics.

Application Method

Fabric Degreasing Process

General process for heavy oil contaminated alkali-sensitive silk and wool fabrics

ZZ-S757: 1-3g/L

Soda Ash: 0-3 g/L

Liquor Ratio: 1:10 - 30

pH Value: 8-9; Temperature: 95-98℃; Time: 20-40 minutes

Degreasing finishing process for cotton knitted fabrics

ZZ-S757: 1-3g/L

Caustic Soda Flakes: 1-3g/L

Liquor Ratio: 1:10 - 20

Temperature: 95-98℃; Time: 20-40 minutes

Heavy-Duty Degreasing Process for Spandex Fabrics

ZZ-S757: 2.5%-3.5% (owf), diluted or original liquid

Glacial Acetic Acid: 1% (owf), optional

Liquor Ratio: 1:20-25

Temperature: 75-98℃; Time: 40-60 minutes. Rinse 1-2 times, then dehydrate and dry.

Heavy-Duty Degreasing for Nylon Fabrics

Nylon dyeing formula omitted

ZZ-S757: 2.5%-3.5% (owf)

Glacial Acetic Acid: 1% (owf), optional

Liquor Ratio: 1:20-25

Temperature: 95-100℃; Time: 40-60 minutes. Rinse 1-2 times, then dehydrate and dry.

The specific process parameters shall be adjusted properly after sample testing.

The general dosage for conventional degreasing is only 1%-2%.

Storage & Packaging

Packaging: 125kg per drum

Storage: Store indoors at 5-30℃, keep away from direct sunlight, place in dry and shaded environment and prevent freezing.
