ZZ-UV3 High Concentration Water-Based Universal Textile UV Absorber
Product Introduction
This product delivers excellent ultraviolet shielding performance for various fibers and blended fabrics. It can effectively boost the UPF value, protect textile color shades, reduce discoloration and fading caused by sunlight exposure, and improve the light stability of fabrics.

Product Features
The product maintains uniform stability without delamination or deterioration. Compared with similar products, it leaves no white marks, white patches or white traces on the fabric after padding and drying.
Good compatibility when applied in one-bath treatment with cationic water repellents.
To achieve washing resistance of more than 10 washes, add 0.5～1% crosslinking agent accordingly.
After regular treatment, the UVA transmittance (320～420 nm ultraviolet wavelength) is ≤5%, and the UPF value ranges from 30 to 50. It is difficult for lightweight low-density fabrics to reach this standard, which requires an additional coating secondary treatment.
When mixed with other auxiliaries, please confirm the compatibility first, or conduct machine trial with a small sample before formal mass production.
Application Method
Working solution dosage: ZZ-UV3 Water-based UV Absorber 30～70g/L
Adjust the dosage and pick-up rate according to the fabric warp and weft density, color shade and shading rate, then proceed with padding and drying.
Packaging and Storage
Packaging: 25kg/drum, 60kg/drum
Storage: Avoid long-term exposure to air and sunlight; store in sealed condition at room temperature.
Shelf Life: 6 months
