ZZ-UV2 Nylon Fabric Wash Resistant UV Protective Absorber
Product Introduction
This is a dedicated UV absorber for nylon fabrics, which reduces ultraviolet penetration into textile materials. It provides excellent anti-UV finishing effect and outstanding wash fastness for nylon fabrics. It can be used in the same bath with dyeing procedures without extra processing steps, achieving energy conservation and emission reduction, with little impact on fabric shade.

Application Method
1. One-bath Dyeing Process
Disperse dye: X%
ZZ-UV2: 1－5%
Leveling agent: 0.5～1.5%
Acetic acid: Adjust pH to 4.5－5
Liquor ratio: 1:10 - 1:20
Heat up to 130℃ and keep warm for 30－60 minutes for dyeing.
2. Nylon Fabric Processing
Acid dye: X%
ZZ-UV2: 2－5%
Leveling agent: 0.5～1.5%
Acetic acid: Adjust pH to 4.5－5
Liquor ratio: 1:10 - 1:20
Heat up to 100℃ and keep warm for 30－60 minutes for dyeing.
Adjust the heating rate and dyeing time properly according to different dye types.
Packaging and Storage
Packaging: 25kg/drum, 60kg/drum
Storage: Store indoors at 5-30℃. Keep away from direct sunlight, place in a dry and shaded area, and prevent freezing.
Shelf Life: 6 months
