Physical and Chemical Properties

Recommended Formula

Initial Water Repellency

ZZ-526: 40 - 60 g/L

Durable Water Repellency

ZZ-526: 60 - 100 g/L

Crosslinking Agent: 5 - 15 g/L

Processing Conditions

Chemical fibers and blends:

Padding, pick-up rate 30-70% → Curing at 120°C-160°C for 60s-90s

Cotton and cotton blends:

Padding, pick-up rate 30-70% → Drying at 110℃-120℃ for 1min → Curing at 130°C-150°C for 3min

Processing Tips

Water and oil repellent performance may be affected by residual impurities on fabrics, such as fiber oil agents, sizing agents, surfactants and dyeing auxiliaries. Softening finishing and reactive color fixing finishing will also cause adverse effects. It is recommended to thoroughly clean fabrics before treatment without prior finishing, especially softening and color fixing processes.

Packaging and Storage

Packaging: 60kg/drum, 125kg/drum

Storage: Store indoors at 5-30℃. Keep away from direct sunlight, place in a dry and shaded area, and prevent freezing.
