ZZ-529M Renewable Raw Material Durable Textile Water Repellent
Product Introduction
This fluorine-free durable water repellent is formulated with renewable raw materials, suitable for wash-resistant waterproof finishing of fabrics, textiles and non-woven fabrics.
Physical and Chemical Properties
pH Value (5% aqueous solution): 5.0-7.0
Ionicity: Weak cationic
Chemical Structure: Alkyl urea ester
Appearance: Bluish-toned emulsion
Solubility: Miscible with water in any proportion
Compatibility: Compatible with common cationic and non-ionic textile chemicals
High Temperature Stability: Drying and curing setting temperature: 150-190℃
Skin Tolerance: The original product may cause irritation to eyes and skin; gloves and goggles are required during operation. The finished fabric features excellent skin-friendliness.

Resistant to domestic washing and dry cleaning; maintains excellent waterproof effect after repeated launderings.

Application Method
ZZ-529M is applied by padding process.
Adjust the pH of working solution to 5-7, keep the solution temperature at 10-40℃, and set the curing temperature at 120-190℃. The specific dosage shall be determined according to fabric requirements and sample tests.
ZZ-529M: 30-50g/L
Crosslinking Agent: 5-10g/L (dosage subject to washing resistance requirements)
Packaging and Storage
Packaging: 60kg/drum, 125kg/drum
Storage: Store indoors at 5-30℃. Keep away from direct sunlight, place in a dry and shaded area, and prevent freezing.
Shelf Life: 6 months
