ZZ-523H: 30 - 50 g/L
Durable Water Repellency
ZZ-523H: 40 - 60 g/L
Crosslinking Agent: 5 - 10 g/L
Anti-siphoning for Shoe Materials
ZZ-523H: 60 - 100 g/L
Crosslinking Agent: 10 - 20 g/L
Processing Conditions
Chemical Fibers & Blends
Padding, pick-up rate 30–70% → Curing at 150℃–180℃ for 60 seconds
Cotton & Blends
Padding, pick-up rate 30–70% → Drying at 110℃–120℃ for 1 minute → Curing at 150℃–165℃ for 3 minutes
Processing Tips
Water repellent performance may be affected by residual impurities on fabrics, such as fiber lubricants, sizing agents, surfactants and dyeing auxiliaries. Softening finishing and reactive color fixing will also compromise the effect. It is recommended to thoroughly clean fabrics before treatment without any prior finishing processes, especially softening and color fixing.
Packaging and Storage
Packaging: 60kg/drum, 125kg/drum
Storage: Store indoors at 5–30℃. Keep away from direct sunlight, place in a dry and shaded area, and prevent freezing.
