ZZ-87A Isocyanate Crosslinker
Product Performance Introduction
ZZ‑87A is a yellowing‑resistant isocyanate crosslinker with dependable curing performance. It has broad applicability for acrylic resins, polyurethane resins, synthetic leather and coating formulations. Primarily deployed for textile coating, calendering and lamination processes, it strengthens adhesive bonding between resin and base fabric, elevates water and solvent resistance, suppresses yellow spot defects, reinforces crosslink bonding strength, and stabilizes hydrostatic pressure barrier performance.
Technical Specifications
Application: Adhesive for improved textile bonding fastness
Appearance: Clear to pale yellow liquid
NCO%: 13.3 ± 0.4
Viscosity: 1600 ± 400mPa·s(23℃)
Application Instructions & Dosage
Standard dosage guidelines: 2–3% for textile coating; 5–8% for synthetic leather production; deploy alongside melamine resin for release paper processing; 8–15% for fabric lamination. Over‑dosing will degrade fabric handfeel. Never add neat crosslinker into adhesive under sub‑10℃ ambient temperature or at high loading levels; pre‑dilute the product with 1–2 parts solvent until homogenous, then meter into the adhesive in separate batches.
Pair with curing accelerators if faster cure turnaround is required.
Packaging & Storage
Isocyanate functional groups feature strong hygroscopicity. Use contents promptly once drums are opened, then reseal tightly post usage.
Storage requirement: Store in cool warehouses kept above 0℃; shelf life hits 6 months.
Packaging Format: 20 kg iron drums
Safety Notes
Implement mandatory chemical hazard protection protocols throughout product handling.
